You decide on your personal itinerary - one day you could try the Aqua-Royal pool with its warm decor (to promote relaxation), counter currents (to tone your body), and a multitude of water jets - and the next day enjoy a work out in the Aqua-Gym, where a qualified trainer will demonstrate stretching and toning underwater exercises. It is up to you to relax how best suits you.
