Introduction

Situated on the north-western tip of St Lucia, in the crescent-shaped bay of Cariblue, the spacious grounds of LeSPORT offer a unique revitalising experience. The richly appointed Oasis spa is a haven of peace positioned in the hillside affording dramatic views of the coastline. Designed to resemble a Moorish temple with archways, pillars and secluded courtyards set around the central pool, the Oasis induces a sense of calm even before the treatments begin. The reasonably priced single garden view rooms have done away with the need for single occupancy supplements and still offer the same high-quality accommodation for which LeSPORT is known. All rooms have been decorated in Caribbean style. Single travellers are also welcomed at dinner with the option of enjoying your own company, or joining other like-minded people on one of the communal tables.

There are four dining options at the hotel and the range and quality of the cuisine is far superior to usual all-inclusive standards. Healthy options are on offer next to more indulgent treats. The main dining room is Cariblue, set in the open air overlooking the beach. A buffet is served for breakfast and lunch, with a more intimate arrangement for dinner and a menu which changes on a daily basis. The critically acclaimed Tao restaurant offers gourmet fusion cuisine in stylish, Oriental-style surroundings. Situated on a second-floor balcony with views over the bay, this is the ultimate venue for a romantic meal. If you prefer a more relaxed dining option, the Clubhouse grill offers casual dining and serves fresh meats and fish straight from the grill, accompanied by a substantial salad or vegetables. Alternatively, the beachside Deli is open during the day for snacks and fruit smoothies. A visit to LeSPORT is about choice and doing as much or as little you like.
