Treatment
Signature Treatments
Korean Relaxation
This therapy promotes deep relaxation through
gentle balancing and stretching, performed on a ‘tatami mat’ or
futon. By taking the time to concentrate on the slowing down of
movement and breathing, guests will benefit from an inner sense of
calm and wellbeing.
Abyanga (Ayurvedic
Massage)
Warm sesame oil is used in this healing
massage based on the holistic principals of Ayurveda. The body’s
seven major centres of energy and spiritual power, or ‘Chakras’,
are balanced through soothing massage, while the heat from the warm
sesame oil intensifies these restorative benefits.
LaStone® Therapy
This therapy originates from Arizona and uses
hot basalt and cold marble stones combined with Swedish Massage to
alleviate stress and muscle tension.
AVEDA Fusion Stone
Massage
AVEDA Pure Flower and Plant Essences are
combined with alternating hot and cold stone massage therapy to
balance and invigorate both body and mind. This therapy is tailored
to the specific health needs of each client through the selection
of aromatherapy oils available.
AVEDA Himalayan
Rejuvenation
Described as a sensory journey, this treatment
purifies and relaxes through eight therapies, including an aromatic
steam envelopment, body exfoliation, pressure point and essential
oil massages. The senses are nurtured through the variety of
aromatherapy oils used for a truly pampering and restorative
experience.
