SPA TREATMENTS AT SOLSTRAND

BODY WRAPS

Mud Pack 50 min NOK 695.-

With face mask and facial massage

Hungarian mud is smoothed all over your body and gives you a very pleasant and relaxing

sensation. While you are wrapped in the mud pack, we cleanse your face, apply a face mask

and perform a relaxing facial massage with invigorating oils. We finish off the treatment by

applying a mineral cream and oil to your whole body.

With face mask and facial massage

The treatment starts with body peeling to make your skin soft and smooth and ready to absorb new moisture and nourishment. Aromatic oil is rubbed gently in all over your body along with a special mineral cream. We then wrap you in a warm blanket to allow your body to absorb the aromatic oils while we cleanse your face, apply a face mask and give you a relaxing facial massage.

Algae pack 80 min NOK 1195.-

With tub, face mask and facial massage

Treatment starts with body peeling to cleanse and smooth your skin and prepare it to absorb

the nutrients in the algae pack. While the pack starts working, we cleanse your face and apply

a facemask. Then you slip gently into a warm tub to relax. We finish off with a body cream.

Energy cure 80 min NOK 990.-

With Turkish body scrub, tub, and full body massage

Treatment starts with a Turkish body peeling to cleanse and smooth your skin. Afterwards

you slip into a hot tub with salt crystals rich in minerals, which feeds your skin with minerals

and warms it, while you are given a light scalp massage. We finish the session with a good

full body massage.

MASSAGE

To get the most out of a SPA treatment we recommend that you start with a body scrub before

your main treatment. A body scrub makes dry skin soft and improves the skin’s absorption of

the therapeutic products.

This treatment focuses on your back, neck and shoulders

Body massage for stiff and aching muscles.

Aroma massage 50 min NOK 625.-

Relaxing body massage with aromatic oils.

Massage with tub 50 min NOK 625.-

We start the treatment with a warming eucalyptus bath

to warm and relax your body before treating you to a classic

massage.

FACIAL TREATMENT

Facial cleansing, nourishing mask, facial massage.

Facial cleansing, peeling, steam therapy, nourishing mask, facial

Luxurious Facial 80 min NOK 965.-

Facial cleansing, peeling, steam therapy, ampoules, nourishing mask, facial massage. Includes

picking of eyebrows. This treatment improves skin tone and suppleness.

Eyelashes and eyebrows

Colouring of eye lashes and eyebrows, 50 min NOK 675,-

Includes a mini facial

OTHER FORMS OF TREATMENT

Golden Moments 25 min NOK 395,-

Foot bath, foot peeling, and foot massage.

Your hands are massaged with myrrh oil to strengthen your nails and cuticles. This is followed by a light relaxing scalp massage.

Waxing

Legs, thighs and bikini line 80 min NOK 990,-

Legs and thigh 50 min NOK 675,-

Only legs, or thighs or bikini line 25 min NOK 375,-

- Light meal

When visiting Solstrand SPA, a bathrobe is included in the spa treatment. We kindly

ask you to return the robe after use. For extra comfort we recommend you to buy

slippers for NOK 30,-

CANCELLATIONS:

The treatments you have booked are designed especially for you. If you are unable to come to

an appointment, you must notify us at least 48 hours before the appointment. Cancellations

later than this will be charged at 75% of the total amount of the Spa treatment. Please

note that for group reservations other terms of cancellations do apply

GOOD TO KNOW

There are certain situations in which specific treatments are not advisable. If you have any of thefollowing ailments or concerns, you should avoid Body Scrub and/or the healing baths.

- Acute inflammation

- Skin irritations

- Blood clots

- Malignant tumors

- Fever

- Infections

- Poor health

- Pregnancy (first three months)

- Low or High blood pressure

- Weak heart

- Open wounds
