There are four dining options at the hotel and
the range and quality of the cuisine is far superior to usual
all-inclusive standards. Healthy options are on offer next to more
indulgent treats. The main dining room is Cariblue, set in the open
air overlooking the beach. A buffet is served for breakfast and
lunch, with a more intimate arrangement for dinner and a menu which
changes on a daily basis. The critically acclaimed Tao restaurant
offers gourmet fusion cuisine in stylish, Oriental-style
surroundings. Situated on a second-floor balcony with views over
the bay, this is the ultimate venue for a romantic meal. If you
prefer a more relaxed dining option, the Clubhouse grill offers
casual dining and serves fresh meats and fish straight from the
grill, accompanied by a substantial salad or vegetables.
Alternatively, the beachside Deli is open during the day for snacks
and fruit smoothies. A visit to LeSPORT is about choice and doing
