The hotel

restaurants of The Residence. In the Mediterranean ‘L’Olivier’
restaurant, guests can dine outside on the inviting terrace to the

The Thermes Marins de Carthage spa combines
the appeal of an ancient Roman bath with mythical hammams of the
Orient. The classical domed building which houses the swimming pool
features beautiful arches and large atrium windows giving idyllic
views of the surrounding gardens and allowing warming rays of the
Mediterranean sunshine to play on the azure water.
Treatment rooms are either plush and
decorated in soothing hues of burnt orange and red, creating an
exotic Moroccan atmosphere, or have mosaic-tiled walls and marble
