You have a choice of two hotels for these
Yoga holidays in Spain. In the Spring and
Autumn, holidays take place at the lovely Hotel Alahuar set in
a National Park with the most amazing far reaching
views. In the warmer Summer months, the yoga holidays
are held at the Hotel Chamarel in the charming Spanish town of
Denia with a glorious long sandy beach. Both
hotels are small & unique with no more than 20 guest
rooms. All bedrooms are either twin or double bedded
with good facilities including ensuite bathrooms.The chefs will
prepare delicious, healthy Mediterranean dishes for you using the
finest of local ingredients bursting in optimal nutritional value
to help your body detox and cleanse itself
naturally. The Alahuar has an outdoor pool with
sunloungers and, whilst the Chamarel has no pool, it is just a 5
minute walk to the beach.
In addition to the twice daily yoga sessions on each holiday, there
are a number of other energizing & relaxing activities that you
can take part in dependent on how you feel upon
waking. There are Guided Hikes, Guided Mountain Biking,
Workshops on Meditation and Pranayama (breathing techniques), Trip
to the Local Street Market, Art Class with a local Fine Arts
Teacher, Aromatheraphy Workshop where you can mix your own potion
with essential oils and a wide range of Therapies to pamper your
body & soul from Facials to Reiki, Reflexology & Thai
Massage.
