Itinerary on your Yoga holiday
Start the day with a wake up and stretch yoga class whilst the
rising sun warms the world outside.
Brunch is around 10am by which time you'll be feeling ready for
the juicy fruits, fresh juices, eggs, toasts, nuts, honey, yogurts
& cereals - an excellent start to the day!
Feeling replenished the group may then head out for a
guided walk - a fantastic way to warm the muscles and give the
heart & lungs a blow through. On other mornings you
could be visiting the local street market, popping to the beach or
lazing by the pool with a book.
The afternoons are varied and, if you're feeling ready for
action, could include mountain biking, painting, indulgent
therapies or attending the aromatherapy workshop where you
get to mix your own potions. You choose, it's
your holiday.
The day draws to a close with restorative sundown yoga before
dinner. Dinners are 3 course using fresh, local
Mediterranean ingredients providing your body with optimum
nutrition including essential vitamins & minerals to boost the
immune system & your vitality.
