The Dishes of Tuscany
On the menu will be Zuppa di Farro, a hearty soup of beans, the
classic tortelli lucchese, pasta parcels filled with a spicy meat
filling and covered with a delicious ragu sauce. All cooked with
Lucca's finest olive oil. And for a simple, classic dessert we have
cantuccini biscuits and a glass of vin santo.
