Trip Details
Group Limit - 49 travellers. A very important feature of our
Antarctic expedition is the limited group size as adventure travel
tours to this remote wilderness are best experienced with smaller
sized groups of travelers.
Included
One night's accommodation in Ushuaia and accommodations aboard
ship, guided land tour on Day 2, meals from breakfast on Day 2
through breakfast on final day, services of NHA's Expedition
Leader, guides and lecturers, and ship's staff and crew, local
guides and ship's crew, use of rubber expedition boots, warm parka
for traveler to keep, airport transfers on first and last days,
permits & park fees.
Not Included
Travel to and from Ushuaia, some gratuities, alcoholic beverages,
items of a personal nature (phone calls, laundry, etc.), airport
and departure taxes, required medical evacuation insurance,
optional travel insurance.
Physical Requirements
Easy/Flexible - This
voyage to Antarctica requires light walking (one mile) but can
include long walks and hikes.
Participate in physical activities as you desire. Shore
excursions can be casual walks to view wildlife or long, physically
challenging hikes if that is what you prefer. You may need to walk
over wet rocks and step into ankle-deep water during shore
landings.
Getting There & Getting Home
Arrive in Ushuaia on Day 1 at any time. We board the ship on Day 2
in the afternoon. We will disembark on the final day at
approximately 9am, so you may depart after 10:30am.
